Daily Meditations
As a guest in our modern monastery, you are free to structure your day according to your needs. Additionally, you are warmly invited to join our daily morning and evening meditations, which include bodywork, mantra singing, and sitting in silence. The daily bodywork and meditation sessions are included in the price of your stay.

In addition, our chapel, the spiritual heart of Saunstorf Monastery, is available to you 24 hours a day for meditation and inner reflection.
